I had a one night stay and planned an important package to be delivered couple days in advance. I called the day my package was delivered and was assured they would keep it until I arrived. Upon check-in the front desk could not locate my package, and had no idea where it went. Both the evening and morning staff remembered seeing it and logging it in their books but had no explanation as to what happened. At check-out the following morning the general manager Sarah didn’t even bother to address the situation. Not one staffer offered any apology for the inconvenience. They just didn’t care. It doesn’t even matter that this hotel was conveniently located off the highway or the rooms were clean. All that was over-shadowed by their carelessness.

Very nice place to stay! Clean rooms, simple and functional. Rooms had everything we needed including a kitchen area complete with dishes and a fridge. Love the full room length counter space so our suitcases did not have to rest on the floor.... plenty of towels for our family and front desk even gave us extra that we needed for the next day. Ms Cindy was the breakfast room host and she worked hard keeping things cleaned up, and did her job with a smile.....very personable too! Breakfast was a plus.....plenty of variety for any age! The waffles my boys had were very fluffy and smelled delicious! The complimentary wifi service was super fast! Overall, it was great to get away for a few days and not have to worry about anything during our stay. Thank you so much!

Stayed here for about a month while on a business trip. I have to say I was very impressed with just about everything this hotel had to offer. The front desk folks were helpful and professional, housekeeping was excellent, the hotel and my room were always clean, and management (not sure who they were) seemed to do a great job running such a great place to stay. I felt very welcome, comfortable, and safe while staying here. Highly recommended if you are staying in a hotel in Pensacola.

All of the employees I interacted with were extremely nice, bed was comfy, room was clean. My stay was very pleasant. I traveled with a pet bird and called to confirm it was OK. She is well-behaved and stayed in her travel cage. It was only for an evening. Would be nice to have "pet bird" option available on the website for pet-friendly locations. They're the 3rd most popular companion animal and sometimes people need to travel with them for various reasons. <3

I had a brief stay at this particular location checking in straight from the airport to the hotel. This property is fairly new and very much well kept. From the time you walk in the door the lobby, it is Pleasant welcoming, for you and family friendly if that is your particular situation. There's plenty of seating if you wanted to Lounge in the seating area. The Ladies at the desk are absolutely amazing as far as the customer service. I can't really remember the young lady's name but she wore a LSU pull over at check-in and when I checked out she was there too..very kind and sweet, along with the other guest representative. Once I received my room, the elevator waiting area was very clean and put together, welcoming. Once I got to my floor, although housekeeping was in the middle of their cleaning, I was still able to check in fairly early which was around 11:00 a.m. I was very appreciative of that. I walked into my room and I'm never failed when it comes to Home2suites by Hilton! These are one of my favorite locations to stay in. They are my go-to no matter what city I am in! It was beyond amazing. It was very clean and well put together. There was very clean white linens in the bathroom area, it did not look like they had been washed 1 million times and reused. The Linens were folded very neatly the bathroom was very clean shower area which I always pay particular attention to, was very clean there was NO hair on the floor or on the glass. They have a built-in shampoo, conditioner and body wash so that is convenient, so you don't have to use your own. The bed slept very well. There is a seating area if you wanted to have a guest over or if you did not want to get in the bed right away to watch the television. The coach had a few stains on it, but it didnt trump the large size of the room and the cleanliness. The television is very big and it swiveled to both sides, just in case you moved from one side of the room to another. Thank you for the CLOCK in the room! I stay in hotels all over the country and clocks just aren't common! I had a great night's rest in this huge full kitchen and small seating area room. The kitchen is equipped with microwave,full stove, oven, and refrigerator, cabinets, dishes and cleaning materials. There is a full breakfast included, consisting of Egg omelets, cereal, bagels, assortments of breads and toast, juices, milk, waters, coffee, pancakes, waffles, and French toast. There are veggie options, and vegan options with fresh fruit options. This is definitely a great stay!

This hotel was amazing! It's right off the highway on the way to Cocoa Beach/ Miami, and it is loaded. The room was incredibly spacious with tons of storage and room to just relax after a long day of driving, very clean, and it had a full kitchen equipped with silverware. Like a little home away from home. I'm staying here again on my way back home! We did E-check in and bypassed the desk but the worker was nice in greeting us and pointing us in the direction of the elevators. Definitely recommend.
